Check it out, Episode 70 with Sean Robinson is live!

Sean Robinson needed to quit drinking. He was self-improving on his own and didn't really tell anyone what he was doing. Something important was setting up rules for himself. The biggest things were he didn't want people to think he was judging everyone because he wasn't drinking. He still wanted to be invited out, still wanted to hang out, and still have fun. So, he set rules and boundaries. He would be the designated driver. He would still buy himself (virgin) drinks. This would allow him to follow through with his goals, yet still can hang out with his friends.

Tomorrow on the show Sean Robinson joins us, we discuss overcoming habitual drinking.

Sean Robinson was always a drinker and ran into some problems trying to drink himself to feeling like he did when he was in his 20's. Needing to make a change in his life, he decided to quit drinking and work on self-improvement. Fearing for what his co-workers and friends would do, he worked on his self-improvement alone and to himself. Part of his self-improvement journey was journaling. If anyone he worked with would find out he was journaling, he feared he'd get hazed and questioned.

Tomorrow on the show Gregory Shepard joins us, we discuss the key to self-mastery.

Gregory Shepard has learned a good amount about self-mastery just trying to improve himself. One big thing he does is a retrospective check-in. At the end of every week, he'll ask himself, "What did I set out to do? What did I do? How would I grade my performance this week?" This retrospective check-in allows him to keep accountability for himself and to make sure he's moving forward in the right direction.

Sean Robinson and I discuss the difficulty of having to quit something, like drinking.

Sean grew up around drinking. Drinking was a social and fun experience in his 20's. But as he got older, he continued to drink to chase the feeling he had in his 20's. He was not happy and he was putting on a lot of weight. It was time for a change. He knew he was going to have to give up drinking, but he was really struggling to find the desire and the motivation to quit.

Gregory Shepard and I discuss the 5 principles of mindset & self-mastery.

One of those principles is being optimistic - the biology of hope. There is a form of hope in everything we do. For some, it's the hope of their business bringing in a million dollars, for others it may be something as simple as hope of owning a home or having a family. For Gregory, it was the hope of doing better than what others told him he could achieve. When he was younger, there were people who had little belief in him, as he struggled with autistic dyslexia. But he knew he could achieve more than that.

When we are children, we cannot control what happens around us or the situations we are in. So whether your parents were abusive, were alcoholics, were neglectful, or whatever the case may be, that's not your fault and more than likely either caused trauma or taught us that something is okay when it wasn't.
But now that we are adults now, we don't have to let those situations dictate our lives. We have the power to heal. We have the power to change. We have the power to create the life we want.

Coming up on this week's episode of "The Mindset and Self-Mastery Show" we have Gregory Shepard.

Gregory is an autistic dyslexic and always struggled with reading. He had a few options to deal with this and he decided to have self-discipline. He understands more through images than words, so it takes discipline to read, instead of watching videos. He'll read sentences a couple of times to make sure what he reads and comprehends is what is written.

Coming up on this week's episode of "The Mindset and Self-Mastery Show" we have Sean Robinson.

When Sean Robinson was drinking, he was drinking in search of the 'better him'. Whenever he would drink, the goal was to get as much alcohol in him, because he was chasing after the way he felt in his 20s and only affiliated that with drinking. Continuing to keep chasing after his old, younger self, by drinking, his health, including his weight was getting out of control.

Drinking - it's a little more complicated than it seems. We drink to let off steam from a hard days work. We drink when we are upset or feeling down. Yet, we also drink in celebration and happiness. And we happen to drink just because we're bored.

When Sean was in his 20's, he was living his 'best' life drinking, hanging out with friends, and having fun. That's what he called his happy place. So when he was older, he continued to drink and drink more because he thought it would bring him back to his happy place. Drinking more never really took him back to that happy place though.

Tomorrow on the show Tom Paladino joins us, we discuss choosing our friends wisely.

Tom looked up Nikola Tesla and learned a few things for himself by looking at the events that happened to Tesla. Tesla had worked hard to improve the lives of others, but not everyone has the same good heart as Tesla. There were people who would steal or destroy his ideas and even went to the extreme of burning down his lab. Tesla trusted people.
Tom's work is very similar to Teslas, as he also wants to provide free energy to the public, but he is very careful about choosing his friends. He makes sure they align with his beliefs, his work, and his lifestyle.

Stay tuned to see the full episode, airing tomorrow!

Tom Paladino and I discuss scalar energy.

Tom is a scientist who studies scalar energy, looking for ways to bring free energy to the public. Though he's a scientist, he's a humanitarian, as he wants to improve human life for everyone.

When someone is speaking of science or future technology, I can't help but to think of little cartoons. So when one of our guests was speaking about manipulating matter, I imagined a little gun that we could use to just zap things, like something a Martian would have.
Now, there is a divine energy that everyone is able to tap into, and through our guest's research, we've learned we can manipulate matter. This knowledge can be a good or bad thing, depending on if it lands in the hands of good or evil.
