After 13 Years, Women to Watch Media® Needs a New Partner to Keep Going
For the past 13 years, I have had the honor of leading Women to Watch Media®, sharing the stories of extraordinary women leaders from around the world. What started as a radio show in 2012 has grown into a podcast and multi-media hub that has amplified the voices of over 575 women leaders globally, who have made a difference in their industries. Here are these women - https://lnkd.in/eu5DEXpw
Today, I find myself at a crossroads. With over 20,000 weekly listeners/viewers and engaged followers, and a show booked through the fall, but not enough sponsorship funding, I will have to step down and bring Women to Watch to an end.
Independent media requires resources to thrive. Sponsorship is not just about funding—it’s about partnering with organizations that believe in the power of storytelling to drive change. It’s about investing in a platform that has dedicated over a decade to advance the voices of women, connect leaders for opportunities, and share information from those shaping our world today.
This journey has been deeply personal for me. It stems from a revelation I had in 2012 about the power of originality—realizing that every human has a unique story worth telling. That realization became my mission: to bring visibility to women’s leadership journeys, to inspire others to step into their own calling, and to create a platform that educates, uplifts, and helps women find their voice.
If you or your organization values the work we do, the content we put out, the brand we represent—if you believe that women’s stories deserve to be heard and celebrated—I invite you to consider becoming a sponsor. Let’s continue this mission together.
And to emphasize, with Women to Watch Media®, a sponsor in name is more of a partner in practice. These arrangements are not one-way streets. Should you come on board, help sustain our operation, and invest in our vision, my team and I will personally work with you to craft and execute a content campaign tailored to your needs or those of your organization. The content will be available to distribute on both your channels and ours.
Please share this post, refer potential partners, or reach out if you would like to discuss how we can collaborate.
With gratitude,
Susan Rocco
