Took an inspiring workshop with my boys. Nothing like learning, playing, and connecting through sound. Deep gratitude to Sean Youngman, my collaborator and a rising star in the handpan world, for guiding us. His playing is pure magic ✨

Friday night’s sold-out Sonic Journey was truly one of the most beautiful yet.

Nearly three years now, and every gathering reminds me why we come together … for stress relief, trauma release, grief, loss, addiction, tinnitus, bodily pain… and most of all, for peace.

Honored to hold this space for stillness, healing, and revival through sound, vibration and breath. I rarely show photos of attendees to honor privacy, but the sense of community, connection, and collective healing is truly beyond words.

Special thanks to , whose handpan magic always transports us to another realm.

And deep gratitude to for providing such a sacred space where these journeys can unfold.
