What a way to close out the week! 💫

ITC Vegas truly felt like a wonderland of possibilities, conversations that challenge how we think, connections that inspire, and a reminder that this industry is evolving faster than ever.

Every event like this reinforces something I deeply believe: innovation isn’t just about technology, it’s about people brave enough to imagine a different future and build it. ⚡️

🙌 Heading into the weekend feeling energized, grateful, and ready for what’s next.

💬 What’s one big idea you’re taking away from ITC (or your week) that you can’t stop thinking about?

What a night in Vegas! 🌃✨

One of my favorite parts of ITC isn’t just the innovation on display, it’s the people.
The energy, the passion, the late-night conversations about where this industry is headed… that’s where the real magic happens.

💬 Every connection reminds me that while technology is transforming insurance, it’s the humans behind it who make the change real.

So grateful for the brilliant minds I get to cross paths with this week, all pushing boundaries and building what’s next. 🙌

⚡ Day 1 at ITC Vegas and it’s buzzing with ideas, energy, and some seriously inspiring conversations! ️

Every year this event reminds me just how much innovation is happening in our space, and how fast the future of insurance is taking shape.

From smarter operations to AI-powered sales support, it’s incredible to see so many leaders pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.

😎 For me, it always comes back to one thing → helping agencies grow with clarity, confidence, and the right tools to scale.

If you’re here at ITC Agents & Brokers, come by Booth #20. I’d love to connect and show you what we’ve been building at SUPERAGENT. 💚

✨ Vegas, here we come!

Tomorrow kicks off ITC Agents & Brokers, and I couldn’t be more excited to connect with so many leaders shaping the future of insurance.

This year, the conversations are shifting, it’s not just about innovation, it’s about impact. How we empower producers, strengthen operations, and build confidence across every level of an agency.

If you’re at ITC this week, come say hi 👋

I’ll be at the SUPERAGENT Booth #20 Tuesday, October 14. at Mandalay Bay.

Let’s talk about the future of insurance sales and how real-time AI support is changing the game for agencies everywhere. 🚀

See you in Vegas! 💚

Heading into the weekend with a full heart and a focused mind. 💚

Next week, I’ll be at ITC Vegas, surrounded by some of the brightest minds in insurtech, all talking about what’s next for our industry.

But before the whirlwind of meetings, panels, and conversations begins, I’m taking a moment to pause and reflect on how far this journey has come, and on what truly drives me: building something that matters. 🤩

Because behind every milestone is the same mission:
➡️ To make the insurance world work better for the people inside it.

Feeling grateful, grounded, and ready for the week ahead. 🚀

Who else will be at ITC? Let’s connect, I’d love to meet in person!

⛵There’s something about sailing that feels a lot like building a company.

You’re constantly adjusting, reading the wind, shifting direction, and making a hundred small decisions that most people never see.

Some days it’s smooth.
Other days, you’re holding on tight, hoping the waves calm just long enough for you to catch your breath.😛

As a founder and a mom, it often feels the same.
You can’t control the wind, but you can control how you steer.

For me, it’s less about perfect balance and more about alignment, knowing when to push, when to pause, and when to just enjoy the view for a minute. 🌊

💬 How do you keep yourself steady when everything around you is in motion?

07/10/2025

People often ask how I “balance it all.” 😲

The truth? I don’t.
At least not in the traditional sense.

As a founder, a leader, and a mom, there’s no perfect formula. There are moments that need 100% of me, and others where I need to shut everything down and just be.

For me, it’s not about balance, it’s about presence 😎

👩‍💻 When I’m leading my team, I’m fully there.
👩‍👧 When I’m with my daughter, I’m really there.

Because you can’t build great things or raise great humans, while being half present in both.

💭 I’m curious, do you believe true balance exists, or is it more about being all in where you are?

✨ Focus and unity, two words that keep coming back to me lately.

This incredible piece, “Point of Unity” by Ukrainian lighting designer Mykola Kabluka, was designed to unite the sky and the earth, a reminder of balance, reflection, and connection.

Standing inside it, surrounded by reflections of sky and ground, I couldn’t help but think about leadership and business the same way.

The best leaders, and the best systems, find a way to unite what’s above and below:
💡 Vision and ex*****on
🧭 Strategy and operations
💬 People and purpose

I think that when those pieces aren’t aligned, teams lose focus. Energy scatters. And growth turns into noise.

But when they come together, when clarity meets structure, that’s when everything flows.✨

As a founder and operator, that’s the work I care about most: building organizations where vision and ex*****on reflect each other seamlessly.

💭 How do you keep those two worlds, big picture and day-to-day connected in your work?

Last week, I traded spreadsheets and strategy sessions for… speed! 🏎️✨

Joined a group of scrappy founders in South San Francisco for some go-karting, and let’s just say: competition doesn’t stop on the track. 😅

What I love most about these founder meetups
→ it’s not just about the racing (though the adrenaline is real 💨), it’s about connecting with people who are building, dreaming, and pushing boundaries every day.

The laughter, the shared challenges, and those little sparks of connection that remind you you’re not building alone.

Sometimes the best ideas spark when you step away from the desk and just play.

The pressure of being a woman in insurance is real.
Not just the pressure to perform, but to prove.

Prove you belong in rooms where you’re the only woman.
Prove that you can lead while raising a daughter.
Prove that authenticity is not weakness, but strength.

💥The truth? I stopped trying to “prove” years ago.

Now, I focus on showing up authentically, as a founder, a leader, and a single mom.

Because leadership isn’t about being perfect. It’s about being real enough to inspire trust in others, and in yourself.

👉 To the women carving their path in this industry: What’s the hardest part of showing up authentically for you?

30/09/2025

What inspires you when thing get rough? Don't you feel there are days when challenges feel endless?

When the problems stack up and the mountain in front of you looks impossible to climb...

What helps me most in those moments?

🤩 Looking back.

At the hoops I’ve already jumped through.
At the mountains I’ve already walked over.
At everything I once thought I couldn’t handle, and somehow did.

It’s a reminder that resilience isn’t built in theory. It’s built in the trenches, one step at a time.

👉 To anyone feeling overwhelmed today: pause and look back. You’ve already proven you can do hard things.

That perspective alone can give you the strength to take the next step forward.

Last week, I had the privilege of joining Nataliya Anon at her Good People Dinner in San Francisco, and it was such a special evening. ✨

The dinner kicked off with an unusual but brilliant prompt: on your badge, write the area of life you believe will be most impacted by AI.

Now, you’d expect me to write “Insurance” (and yes, I’m hard at work there 😉)… but instead I wrote Personal Life.

Because the truth is:
💡 Some of us will gain more free time than we know what to do with.
💡 Others will need to completely reimagine their careers and ramp faster than ever.
💡 And all of us will feel the impact on our mental health, balance, and resilience.

In a world with so many unknowns, the only thing we can truly hold onto is finding our genius, that deeply unique spark that lets us maximize our impact, for ourselves and for our children.

That’s where the future will be built. 🚀
