Happy Funky Friday! A good day to promote my new playlist on youtube combining many of my youtube music videos into one "Philadelphia Music Archive", with many sub-playlists, such as Blues, Reggae, many Philly artists, and national events such as Amnesty International with U2, Peter Gabriel, the Police and others.

In addition to the PMA playlist I have organized the Yoga content featuring digitized recording of a local access TV show from the 90;s featuring Sivananda style Hatha Yoga with Bharat and Meeta Gajjar. It is now presented as the main Sivananda Yoga presentations, a second playlist featuring only Asana based shows (Postures), and a third playlist featuring Meditation , Breathwork, and Sacred Sounds (also called Kirtan). In addition I have started a new playlist where I will add my own videos demonstrating asana in conjunction with Meeta's class, and my studies with Dig Yoga and others.

Reposting this to announce my Teacher Training Group based out of Dig Yoga in Frenchtown NJ is sponsoring a Friday Night trainer led series of in-studio only classes at the studio located there. My session is currently scheduled for February 27th and I will be featuring Sun Salutation as part of my class.

Dig Yoga does not teach a specific tradition such as Sivananda, but focuses on authentic yoga with a focus on precise alignment. Bharat introduced me to yoga in the 1970s.

This video for the song "Rain" was one of the biggest challenges in editing. Frank Parker shot various scenes throughout Banff Canada and I synced them to the soundtrack from the original CD "Exotica".

Third most popular selection from my playlist of tracks from Meeta Gajjar Parker in honor of the induction of Meeta and Frank Parker into the DE Rock and Roll Society 2025 Hall of Fame Class.
