1. Update Your Cover Photo Frequently. Use the cover photo to highlight the homes you have for sale. You can change images quite often so use this space to your advantage.

2. Remember the 80/20 Rule. 80 percent of your content should be customer-focused, and 20 percent should center on you and your business. Using this formula will encourage more engagement and interaction.

3. Use Photos and Video. Whenever possible, use images or videos in your posts. According to data from Wishpond, an online marketing company, posts with photos tend to get 120 percent more engagement than those without them. Posts with photo albums receive 180 percent more engagement.

4. Focus on Local Interests. People want to know what is happening within their local community, a fact that is especially true for those moving to a new area with which they may be unfamiliar.

Post about local charity events, school-related activities, or highlight a popular local business. In general, post about anything you feel the community would find interesting.

5. Share Interesting and Informative Facts. These can stimulate likes and comments.

How to grow your MedSpa with digital marketing in 2019...

Help! It's gotten to the point where you're frustrated about whether you chose the wrong industry or it's just not hot right now... That's not the answer.

You just need a BETTER marketing strategy. You got the physical aspects of your business on point; you just need MORE clients through your door. Here's some tips that could help you get back on track.

1.) You NEED to be on social media (Facebook & Instagram) most importantly.
Now when I say, "Be on social media," I don't mean to show your face, create a half-ass page, and slap a blurry logo on to it. I mean you need to produce content-- taking visually-APPEALING pictures, video is even better, posting them accordingly. You need to STAND out. Most of your clients are probably women, and us women LIKE pretty pictures and LOTS of it! It makes you look like you got you sh** together.

2.) If you don't have the money to advertise, DON'T. If you do, and don't know how to advertise, DON'T.
I see this WAY too often! Lots of companies throwing their hard-working money away to ads not knowing how it works, how much to spend (you don't just spend $50 and receive 50 clients in return), and so forth. Please seek professional help or just save your money in the mean-time if you can't afford outside help. There are other ways to advertise for FREE.

3.) Partner with other companies locally!
This is great because word of the mouth is HUGE. (no pun intended). Not only this, but this is a great way to network, offer deals and promotions, and to spread your message and what makes you different is that you are able to support other businesses and expand.

These are just a few tips of many that you can implement right away!!! I believe in tackling one thing a time and mastering it.
