1️⃣ Your customer doesn’t trust you yet. Keep working on building those connections. Try sharing testimonials from happy customers!

2️⃣ They haven’t seen it yet. On average, we need to see something 7 times before we buy it. Keep posting!

3️⃣ Your customer doesn’t emotionally connect with what you’re offering. 90% of buying is based on emotional factors. Outline your audience’s pain points and identify why what you offer will solve their problems!

4️⃣ They don’t see the value. Post about why your audience NEEDS what you’re offering.

5️⃣ Your customer doesn’t know HOW to purchase. If your website/purchase process is complicated people likely won’t bother. Put your website in your bio and make it very clear to your audience!

Provide solutions to your audience’s problems.
Create content that revolves around identifying your ideal client’s pain points, and then providing concrete solutions.

Show up consistently.
Post consistently on the platforms where your ideal clients are active to continue to position yourself at the top of their minds.

Show up in other places as an authority.
Look for other opportunities to show up as an authority - collaborations, podcasts, events, etc.

To use social media successfully for your business, you need to know your audience on each platform, and what they want to see from you. Use your analytics to see which content performs best!

For example, your Instagram audience may like carousels that are educational. But your Facebook audience may enjoy seeing you and hearing about your business’ story. And your LinkedIn audience might just want to hear about what you can offer to them.

Know your audience and what works on different platforms and adapt your content to that!

If this isn’t a sign that Instagram is a video-sharing app I don’t know what is! It should start rolling out to users over the next few weeks.

🤔 Will this answer a question/solve a problem my ideal client has?
🤔 Will the language/colors/font/style stand out to my ideal client?
🤔 Will my ideal client resonate with this/find it entertaining?

If your content ticks all these boxed then it's a winner!
