Our babymoon in Mexico was everything I needed—a breath, a reset, and a moment to fully honor this wild, beautiful transition.
As a yoga teacher, I’m always empowering others to tune in—to move with intention, breathe with awareness, and stay grounded in the present moment. Now, more than ever, I’m leaning into that same wisdom for myself.
Moving slowly. Breathing deeply. Trusting the rhythm of this little life growing within me. Surrendering to all that this new season will bring.
