feel seen is partnering with safta to introduce ‘sensework’, a sensory-rooted yoga experience designed to make movement more accessible for Deaf and Hard of Hearing communities.

this slow, grounded practice centers non-auditory guidance, using visual cues, scent, and gentle touch-based directional options, to create a class where communication feels intuitive.

while sensework is crafted with HOH/Deaf yogis in mind, all are welcome to share the space, learn new ways of connecting through movement, and explore techniques that can be carried into any studio setting. expect a restorative flow that leaves you feeling supported and seen.
