Movie Recommendation of the Week: Eddington

Ari Aster proves once again why he’s currently the most interesting storyteller and director in cinema. Joaquin Phoenix is brilliant as always, giving a mesmerizing performance as the small town sheriff with everything to lose. It’s the funniest drama of the year, filled with white guilt, political angst, and a delusional conspiracy theory obsessed mother in law who just won’t quit.
