• ran (jogged) the half marathon at the end of March to celebrate a long and often times painful 14+ week training block that started late December of last year ~ will be returning to conquer the sub-3 time that I wanted bad.. and only missed by ten seconds 🙃 my quads turned on me at mile 9 haha but nothing a revamped fueling strategy can’t fix. All glory to God for the blessing to use my legs and lungs at this capacity frfr
