Some people u have to leave behind¬ by accident by choice. IT'S's a hard pill to swallow but you must not choke on it don't spit it out don't p**s it out swallow it & dont spit it out keep it there some people. People are not ready for Change and you have to accept that. I repeat of you apply for Section 8 of you got great income don't hesitate on doing homeownership another options because some people who get on there they ruin it and most landlords don't accept Section 8 because people moving terrorize the place vandalize it be trifling don't pay bills on time so if you can store do homeownership of you got a good paying job or okay paying job that would be best and make Section 8 your last option how can the new school coming and take over of the old school left trash behind for you to clean up their trash and make a new way
