As COVID-19 has impacted health and businesses around the world, companies have been making tough yet necessary decisions to protect the health and safety of those they come in contact with. As a leading web developer, I have been actively working on new processes, policies and procedures to ensure the safety of all clients while also delivering the same level of support and service that our customers expect. Staying away from people and working in a quiet, isolated space behind a clean mouse and sanitized keyboard is recommended for those who work on computers. Many of us were doing that prior to this media hysteria, so the change will be minimal.

Now might be the time to consider revising your website. During the down time, why not focus on internet marketing and web activity?

With the growing health concerns, I encourage the continuation of these guidelines for clients, including: Virtual meetings, rescheduling non-essential travel and events, and working remotely. We are also closely coordinating with third party vendors to ensure there will be no disruptions to our services. We want to assure you that our platforms are at full functionality, with the services and support you are used to receiving from us.

We understand that as business owners yourselves, you may be facing certain challenges during this outbreak. We wish for the health and success of your business and workforce during this trying time. We want you to know that we are committed to doing whatever we can for you and have put the following guidelines in place:

Service & Communication - As a customer, you can expect the same level of service you have always received. We have implemented systems that will allow for communication with our team members to remain fully operational.

Availability - Customer, partner and business meetings will be available and conducted virtually. For most of our customers, this is no different than what you’ve been used to in the past. For some partners, we are replacing in-person meetings with virtual meetings for the time-being.

Management - Daily review of situation will allow us to evaluate any issues or concerns that may arise, opportunities for improvement, and we will adjust plans accordingly. We will also continue to monitor guidance from local, national and worldwide authorities daily and adjust our policies and procedures to ensure our communities and families are safe, healthy and effective at doing what we do best - living a positive, successful and prosperous life!

If there are any adjustments or changes to our procedures we may send out additional messages.

3.14 (as represented by a Greek symbol, pi) is a mathematical constant that is the ratio of a circle's circumference to its diameter. It is celebrated around the world and what better way to celebrate here in Chalfont, than to have a Tabora pie!

We have many new flavors for this special day including....Salted Caramel Apple pie, Vanilla Peach pie, Pineapple Coconut pie, Caramel Lemon Meringue Pie, Blueberry Graham Cracker pie...among others!
Also we have 3 inch personal pies just for today!
