🐔 Kid-Approved Chicken Nuggets!
Also known as... Chicken McFakeIts!

What You'll Need:
🍗 1 pound of chicken (thighs or breasts)

🧂 A sprinkle of onion powder (1 tsp)

🧄 A sprinkle of garlic powder (1 tsp)

🌶️ A little paprika (½ tsp)

🧂 Just a pinch of salt (½ tsp)

⚫ A little pepper (¼ tsp)

🥚 1 egg (to help it stick!)

🥄 1 scoop of plain Greek yogurt or mayo (¼ cup)

🌾 A scoop of flour (¾ cup)

🍞 Crushed cornflakes or breadcrumbs (1 cup)

🧀 Optional: Parmesan cheese for cheesy nuggets (2 tbsp)

🛢️ A little oil for cooking (or spray for baking!)

Let's Make Nuggets!
1. Time to Blend! Cut your chicken into chunks. Mix it with yogurt, egg, and the spices in a food processor. Ask a grown-up to help!

2. Shape the Nuggets! Scoop a little of the chicken mix and roll it into fun nugget shapes!

3. Coat in Crunch! First roll in flour, then cover in cornflakes or breadcrumbs. So crunchy!

4. Time to Cook:
- 🍳 Fry in a pan with oil for 2–3 minutes on each side.
- 🔥 Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes (flip halfway).
- 🌬️ Air fry at 400°F for 12–14 minutes. Shake halfway through!

Yummy Dips to Try:
🍯 Honey mustard (sweet and tangy!)

🥒 Secret Sauce: Mix ketchup, mayo, pickle juice, and a little paprika!

🌿 Ranch (homemade is the best!)

Crispy Garlic Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients:

2 pounds baby potatoes, halved

3 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried rosemary

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a large bowl, toss the halved potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through for even cooking.

Remove from the oven and, if desired, sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley before serving.

These crispy garlic roasted potatoes are a delightful side dish that pairs well with just about anything. The combination of garlic and rosemary infuses the potatoes with a savory flavor that's hard to resist.
