Japan’s largest airline has two official Pokémon airplanes featuring Pikachu and Eevee 😱

In 2023, ANA and The Pokémon Company launched the Pokémon Air Adventures program, introducing two official themed aircraft: the Pikachu Jet NH and the Eevee Jet NH.

The Pikachu Jet NH is a Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner decorated with Pikachu and other characters, while the Eevee Jet NH is a Boeing 777-300ER featuring Eevee and its evolutions. Both include themed interiors with Pokémon headrest covers, crew aprons, and service items.

This marked the return of Pokémon jets after a seven-year hiatus. From 1998 to 2016, ANA flew multiple Pokémon-liveried planes, making them some of the most iconic special paint jobs in aviation.

Alongside the new jets, ANA introduced an in-flight Pokémon safety video featuring Pikachu and other characters, extending the theme from the exterior into the passenger experience.
