Keeping it simple and sweet today. Nothing pairs better with black tea than freshly made sweet bondas.🤎🤎
Ingredients:
1 cup wheat flour
1 cup jaggery water
A pinch of cardamom powder
¼ tsp baking soda
A pinch of salt
Oil for deep frying
Instructions:
In a bowl, add wheat flour, jaggery water, cardamom powder, baking soda, and salt.
Mix well to form a slightly thick, smooth batter. Rest for 30mins.
Heat oil in a pan on medium flame.
Drop small portions of batter into the hot oil.
Fry until golden brown, flipping both sides evenly.
Soft, round, fluffy wheat bondas are ready to serve!
