As of tomorrow, Sonic Jackalope is going on a production hiatus. With a small staff of one and no less than 8 Productions past due, it is not currently financially feasible to continue.

As the owner, I understand times are difficult, but this systemic problem has caused our small studio to have to close to any new Productions until further notice

Happy New Year’s Eve birthday to Daphne Oram (1925-2003), British composer, BBC sound engineer, unsung innovator, and electronic musician. Oram was the first woman to direct an electronic music studio, and the first woman to design and construct an electronic musical instrument, The Oramics Machine.
