Vestar had a plan to bring retail and restaurants to our area, and the news quickly flooded social media pages and lots of talk circulated about Trader Joes, Target, as if it were a done deal, but the land hadn't even been auctioned by the state yet. The auctions happened last month and Vestar was outbid on both parcels by an East coast real estate investment firm. Valley Vibe reached out to Taicoon Properties to find out more about their plans.
