June is Men's Mental Health Awareness Month. 72%+ of all suicides are men. 92% of all violent criminals are men. If we want to reduce those numbers, we must be intentional about Men's Mental health.
Its 22 years today since my suicidal breakdown. Life has taught me a lot.
I celebrate this day every more intentionally than my birthday because it means more to me.
No matter why you're still here, I'm glad you're alive. I want you to live as long as possible. Even the Yankees and Raiders fans.
A few years ago I created 30 Reasons to Live. 30 reasons I'm glad I didn't take my life when I was suicidal and music that brings me joy. That is linked below if you've never seen it.
Today I'm annoucing that I'm doing another 30 reasons to live series! There will be a separate playlist for the sequel series along with a joint one with both. This will launch by the end of the month.
First Generation Dad will be returning by the end of the year as well.
