After the fact tile edging
BIL finished tiling project while I work out of state and didn't embed a tile edge. Wife thinks we can just wood trim edge, but I'm guessing not. Google search suggests cutting under tile, but I'm not that handy and don't want to eff up what looks like a semi-decent tile job that I know I couldn't do better. Looking for post install tile edge solutions.

DIY First time tiling.
This is my first time doing tile I finished up my kitchen work. I think removing the old tile was the hardest part. This I used this prism for my grout. It says no sealer required. Should I still seal it and what sealer would you guys recommend?

Can I replace just the rotten sections of these boards or is this a lost cause?
Deck boards have rotted at ends only. I want to replace 32” sections (16” either side of the rot) but can’t get screws to back off so that I can cut through boards with an oscillating saw. Boards are 8’ to 16’ so replacing entire board is a much bigger job than I thought I was getting into.
Any advice is appreciated.

Wonky Herringbone Floor
I know the tape measure isn’t going to be straight, but I can tell it’s somewhat veering to the left. I’ve placed some planks temporarily to see to what extent. Any tips? Is it bad enough to warrant redoing it?
