Today is Day 1 of my 6-Week Water Challenge. 💧

I’ve spent enough time starting huge lifestyle changes, trying to fix everything at once, getting overwhelmed, and eventually stopping.

So I’m doing this differently.

For the next six weeks, my only goal is to consistently drink 80 ounces of water every day.

I created a simple tracker so I can physically see my progress, and after every seven-day streak I’m giving myself a small non-food reward.

My bigger goal is to continue working toward feeling healthier and eventually focus more intentionally on weight loss, but I’m giving myself permission to get there slowly.

I want drinking enough water to become something I simply DO rather than another task I have to convince myself to complete.

I’ll be sharing little updates throughout the challenge, so if you’ve been wanting to work on your hydration too, you’re welcome to do these six weeks alongside me. 🤍

Comment WATER and I’ll send you the link to the BrüMate cup I’m using!

Penelope got a little surprise today! 🪥💕 We were gifted an AutoBrush Kids toothbrush to try, and she was SO excited to open it.

Anything that can make our kids’ everyday routines feel a little more fun is a win in my book, especially when it comes to getting them excited about brushing their teeth. 😂

I’ll keep sharing how it works for us as she continues using it, but her reaction to opening the package was definitely my favorite part. 🤍

I have a discount code available through the link in my bio.

I’m definitely a two-cup-of-coffee kind of girl. ☕️😂

I’m not giving up my regular morning coffee anytime soon, but when I’m ready for cup number two, I’ve been reaching for RYZE Mushroom Coffee.

I love having a different option for that second little coffee moment of the day, especially when the morning is over and I’m heading into the rest of mom life, housework, cooking, and everything else on my list.

Sometimes it’s not about completely changing your routine. It’s just finding little things that fit into the routine you already have. 🤎

Are you a one-cup person or are you coming back for round two with me? 😂☕️

You don’t need a bathroom counter full of expensive products to have a skincare routine that makes you feel good. ✨

I’ve become such a fan of affordable drugstore skincare because it fits into my actual life. My routine is simple, doesn’t take forever, and when I run out of something, I can replace it without feeling like I’m making a major financial decision. 😂

Especially in a busy season of motherhood, I’m learning that the routines I actually maintain are the ones I keep simple.

A few minutes in the morning to take care of my skin, get ready for the day, and do something for myself is enough. 🤍

Affordable. Realistic. Easy to maintain. That’s my kind of self-care.

Products uses:

Thayers Distributor - Rose Toner, 80hr Milky Moisturizer

e.l.f. Cosmetics - Thirst Burst Drops, Bright & Brew-tiful Eye Cream

Neutrogena - Lip Sleeping Mask

I’m at the point in motherhood where self-care has to be simple or I’m probably not going to keep up with it 😂

Lately I’ve been adding Pique B•T Fountain to my water, and I love that it’s such an easy little thing I can do for myself without adding another step to my already long to-do list.

It has electrolytes for hydration, plus ceramides and hyaluronic acid to support the skin from within. It takes seconds to make, tastes good, and actually fits into my everyday routine.

I’m learning that taking care of myself doesn’t have to be complicated. The little things count too, especially when they’re simple enough to actually stick with. 🤍

Comment PIQUE and I’ll send you my link!

My Friday Reset always starts with laundry—but the order I do it in has completely changed how I get through laundry day. 🧺🤍

I call it my Worst to Best Method: I tackle the laundry I dislike most while my energy and motivation are highest, then work my way toward the loads I actually enjoy doing.

My order looks like this:

Bedding → our clothes → kids’ clothes → towels → bathroom rugs ✨

By the time parenting, decision fatigue, and overstimulation start draining my energy later in the day, the hardest loads are already behind me—and I have the easiest ones waiting at the finish line.

It’s such a simple laundry routine, but sometimes organizing chores around your energy levels instead of forcing yourself through them randomly makes all the difference.

Save this for your next laundry day, try the Worst to Best Method, and come back and tell me if it changed your laundry game! 🧺
