Our works are like filthy rags - we cannot earn eternal life in paradise, but any one of us can accept the gift from the only perfect man who sacrificed Himself to make The ONLY WAY - pride blocks this dunamis energy - hu

Internal restoration is possible by His Holy Spirit - other spirits want to live in/with you but they don't love you, they feed on deception, fear and ultimately will consume their host body. If you're human, there's no oath your Creator can't undo to save you. Celebrating design excellence often leads to the study of biomimicry. Nature is another Bible, and way we may see His (YHWH's) loving genius, from His signature in the sulphuric bridges of our DNA to the perfected environment some industry would destroy if allowed, (see injection wells for starters, bio-electromagnetic radiation and geo-engineering for another - which isn't up to the individual to change!) Design intelligance of a mere banana, let alone the eye or hummingbird, is such sweet symbolization of the Creators' characteristics. Nature is self-balancing when humans don't interfere with industrial synthetics, though one volcano can outdo all day chemtrails. Its hard to fathom but the universe WAS designed by a benevolent intelligence - it was created for humans to live in relationship with their Creator, and even to create, inspired by creation. Sustainable, original design not framed by lies of control freak climate change clowns intent on controlling every individual. Humanity benefits from mobility, free will and free speech - not marxist controls nor corporatocracy in cahoots with fake democracy/admin state, aka PPP, (public private partnerships). For a healthy, mobile, free & truthful tomorrow, we benefit from exposing bad design and recognizing, and properly crediting design excellence. It also takes excellent restorers, fabricators and builders to keep the most beloved cars going - there are practical ways to get youth involved in keeping the coolest vehicles in motion. Factory correctness is great, so are inspired, idealistic, creative reconfigurations, personalized or symbolizing a fresh perspective - it's all about getting people together, mobility supports relationships and can celebrate inspiring design simultaneously. I'm engaged in shifting gears, helping beloved people see that there only two races, speed and humanity. We are in a battle for our souls, our enemy has all sorts of lies, strategies and tactics to keep us distracted. Our Creator wants us to see the real priorities that actually matter most - since none of us gets out of here alive. Originality, creativity, firsts and speed, aren't races for division, we're racing for unity and true freedom within ethics/morality - not some control freaky system. I'm sharing Timeless Vehicles that unite people and inspire mobility, since the freedom to choose life and truth matters most.

In the 1960s sports car racing in America was dominated by Shelby American, the company started by Carroll Shelby to build the iconic Cobra. Everybody knows his name, but the people who actually made this company so successful are less well known.
Join us on November 23 as we honor four people who were critical for the success of Shelby American: New Zealander John Ohlsen, Englishman Ken Miles, and the Americans Peter Brock and Phil Re*****on. We will profile each of these individuals, and talk about the cars that they had a role in building and making world champions.

As a special guest, we will also have Chuck Cantwell, the father of the Shelby GT 350. Chuck will share his insights into these key members of the Shelby team from his personal experience, as well as the cars he and they created.

Featured Collection Cars Will Include:

- 1964 Shelby Cobra Daytona Coupe
- 1965 Shelby Cobra 289 Roadster
- 1967 Ford MK IV

12:00 to 12:30 | Visual presentation highlighting rare photos and videos from the Simeone Museum Library and Archives
12:30 to 1:00 | Spirited driving demonstration of Demo Day cars
1:00 to 2:00 | Visitors are able to inspect and photograph Demo Day cars up close while engaging in a question and answer session with Simeone Museum staff and volunteers

In the Old Testament, Jehu served Yahweh, and was known for his earnest DRIVING - like a maniac toward conflict with queen Jezebel and her demons. "Drive Like Jehu" became a popular phrase, and name of a punk band too I think.

Before Paul took up his ministry, we have the red letter parts where the fulfillment of promise Himself spoke. Here's a favorite quote for our moment, (amidst rumors of war today and layers upon layers of deceptive media/propaganda). Yeshuah Jesus said; (Lexham English Bible, Matt 5:5-9)

A couple cool events for folks in Arizona this weekend and next:
Beeline Cruise to Payson, which would be a welcome cool mountain getaway, with this insane heat... and not this but next weekend, wings and wheels at Falcon Field in Mesa, Sat. 10/26. A great way to see both vintage cars AND planes - similar to an event a few weeks back in CA.

Sundown today is Rosh Hashanah or Yom Teruah (blast/trumpets) or Jewish New Year of 5785, beginning Tishrei 1 - 2. So interesting how time tracking has changed and remains similar but unique in different parts of the world. Julian, Gregorian and Chinese calendars each track the passing of time with their own systems, based on the cosmological predictability or divine order. While the Hebrew calendar may seem more complex, in some ways its simpler, while correlating to both moon and sun.

One of my talented friends from Santa Cruz, Michael Leeds organized a variety of his own work and those inspired by and collaborating with him, to display incredible creativity at the entrance of the 2024 Benedict Castle Concours! What we can see in our minds' eye varies from person to person. Some of us are artists, artisans and entrepreneurs, others of us require less imagination and vision to contribute...but can appreciate it!

Either way, vision is critical, to SEE clearly what is or is not beneficial and pleasing. We're grateful to Blastolene & friends for coming all the way from Santa Cruz and elsewhere to display vehicles that bring HUGE smiles and show us how 'out of the box' thinking can inspire - what has been is not a burden - it is a foundation for inspiration. While practicality is not the mission of these Timeless Vehicles - their mission is to delight and invite us to ask: why or why not? Freedom of thought and expression is most important!

All proceeds from the Benedict Castle Concours benefit Teen Challenge, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All donations are tax-deductible as allowed by law.
