If you ever see a nest, please do not disturb (they are protected)
My husband is Marine surveyor so he is blessed to be able to see mom and dad Osprey come back every year to the same spot. Iโ€™m so glad that he found the junior Osprey and helped him ( with a pole the baby stood up on the pole) before he drowned. As soon as his wings dried, he was able to reunite with mom and dad. He flew right back to his nest. Junior Ospreys will take short trips for practice before they finally leave the nest. Please protect our wildlife. ๏ฟผ๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ’•

Ok so Iโ€™m changing everything I eat and Iโ€™m feeling better but can anyone tell me about the carnivore diet and did it work for you?

Also whatโ€™s the best full body workout for bad knees like rheumatoid arthritis I canโ€™t do any kind of squats or been my knees hardly. ๏ฟผ They swell by just walking, washing dishes, or cooking.
