If your brain feels like 13 tabs are open 😅, you’re not alone. Task switching can quietly burn up to 40% of your productive time—that’s 3+ hours you could reclaim.

In this episode, I share a simple, faith-centered rhythm to lead with clarity, not chaos:

FOCUS
• Fix your eyes on one clear outcome
• Obey your rhythms (50–90 min deep-work blocks)
• Capture, don’t chase (parking-lot distractions)
• Uphold boundaries (silence pings, set office hours)
• Steward the results (one-sentence win + next step)

What if success isn’t about achieving more, but about trusting deeper?

I used to believe success meant hitting every milestone, scaling faster, and making it all look effortless. But I’ve learned that God doesn’t measure success the way the world does.

In this week’s Entrusted to Lead episode, I’m sharing:

New Episode Drops Tomorrow!!!

Leadership can be quietly exhausting. You show up, serve faithfully, and lead with vision—yet still wonder if any of it really matters.

This episode is for the leaders who are tired but still showing up. Rooted in Galatians 6:9, we unpack the hidden weariness of leadership and the hope that reminds us:

"At the proper time, we will reap a harvest if we do not give up."

In this episode, I share three truths that have helped me stay grounded when the fruit wasn't visible:

Keep sowing, even when the soil feels dry. The most important growth happens underground.

Rest isn’t quitting. Leaders burn out not because they work hard, but because they work empty.

Look for sprouts, not applause. Growth often shows up in quiet, unseen ways.

Whether you're leading a ministry, running a business, managing a team, or raising a family, this episode will encourage you to stay the course.

🎙️New Podcast Episode Drops TOMORROW! 🎙️

Fear of failure is one of the most silent—but powerful—roadblocks to leadership growth. In Episode 64 of Entrusted to Lead, Danita Cummins sits down with mindset coach & author Lana Sheppard to unpack how perfectionism, limiting beliefs, and fear of judgment can silently sabotage our ability to lead boldly.

Whether you're overthinking your next move, stuck in hesitation, or battling imposter syndrome, this conversation will give you the clarity and courage to move forward.

🎧 Set your reminder—it’s one you don’t want to miss.

💬 "Holding back your gifts because of fear is sometimes the greatest disservice to the people you’re meant to serve.” — Lana Sheppard

✨ Clarity isn’t found in the hustle—it’s found in the quiet spaces where God whispers. We often wonder why we can't see the path ahead. But often it's because our vision is crowded with too many things.

In order to combat the chaos, we need to pause.

Breathe. Reflect. Pease Be Still.

And in that solitude and silence, we begin to hear the still small voice.
We gain focus and see opportunities that were hidden.
We create space for our minds and our hearts to dream.

And in that place, we renew our minds and hearts.

God doesn't intend for you to carry everything. he only requires you to rest in His amazing love.
