Think your BBQ deserves to be judged? Think you’ve got what it takes to take home the title?

Smokin’ on the River is calling all BBQ cooks and teams to Lake Buhlow for this year’s BBQ Cook-Off!

Due to construction of the new Riverfront Pavilion, we’re moving the competition to Lake Buhlow — but the competition is still ON!

Bring your pit. Bring your best recipes. Bring your team. And most importantly, bring your BBQ!

CASH PRIZES:

• 1st Place – $500 in each category
• 2nd Place – $250 in each category
• 3rd Place – $100 in each category
• City’s Overall Choice Award – $750

The competition begins October 16, with judging and winners announced October 17.

BBQ Cook-Off Registration: $75

Registration Deadline: October 2

As I step into month 8 as owner and operator, I’m overflowing with gratitude for everyone who continues to support me and M&M Sound and Media. I’ve been with this company for 20 years, since it was founded in 2000, and this new chapter has truly been a blessing. As the largest locally-owned sound and media company in Central Louisiana, it’s an honor to serve Cenla and beyond in this new role while carrying forward the legacy this company was built on.
