Five generations. 172 years. One Hampshire farm with quite a story to tell. 🔥

Bean’s Farm sits on the same land Tim Bean’s great-great-grandfather, J.W. Bean, purchased on Big Timber Road in 1854. Generations of the Bean family adapted with the times, and in 1998, Tim built his own chapter around quality firewood. 🪵

As Tim says, “Firewood, at its best, is never really about the wood. It’s about what the fire makes possible.” Sometimes that is conversation, a holiday memory, or simply an evening together. ❤️

Take a peek inside Carole’s Highland Woods garden, where every season brings a new opportunity to grow something beautiful. 🌼

Her backyard has been home to everything from tomatoes, basil, squash, zucchini, cucumbers, and garlic to colorful flowers. This year, one variety carries an especially meaningful family connection, the small yellow sun sugar tomatoes her daughter Marilyn loved to grow for Carole’s grandfather. 💛

Carole’s garden is a beautiful reminder that sometimes the best things really do take time to grow. 🌿
