After 37 years in real estate, Mary Dimmler-Long has built a career defined not just by sales, but by relationships, service, and trust. Her journey began in Orange County, where working in business development for an escrow company gave her an inside look at the industry and inspired her to become an agent herself. She entered real estate during the challenging early 1990s market, relying on hard work, open houses, cold calls, and the fundamentals she still believes are essential today. Over the years, Mary has embraced new technology while staying committed to genuine people skills, meeting new people every week and building a business where roughly 80% comes from past clients and referrals. One of her greatest rewards has been helping multiple generations of families, along with memorable milestones such as becoming the first agent to close a home over $1 million in Canyon Lake in 1999. Today, Mary continues to approach real estate with enthusiasm, gratitude, and a problem-solving mindset, while enjoying time with her husband, Brad, and their growing family. Her philosophy remains simple: keep learning, master the basics, build real relationships, and always strive to give clients more than they expect.
Congratulations, Mary, on an incredible 37-year career built on trust, service, and lasting relationships! 🎉🙌
