Just a senior lab and his favorite puddle again. 💛 We've had so much rain here his puddle is full again! Normally its dry during the summer. He is living his best life and enjoying it again.

Maine memories. ⛰️🫎🦞 Reminiscing about our trip to Maine last year! Have you been to Maine yet? The thing I love most about it (aside from our memories there) is the perfect mix of ocean and forest. Mountains and beaches. It has a good mix of landscapes with the rocky beaches, the sand beaches and all the forest! If you haven't been there though, plan accordingly for crowds. Especially at Acadia and the busier beach/ocean towns in southern/mid coast Maine. We always visit "off season" but the weather is a gamble. The only other way to avoid the crowds is start super early in the morning!

Another Gotcha Day post. 💛 Had to share some more memories of tiny Sprout from his first few weeks with us. 🌞🌱🐾 His first photoshoot at Coastal Pet and his dark nose that changed to pink over the years! So many good memories! He's still loving the same things... water, water and more water. 🐠🐟

Happy Gotcha Day to this sweet boy! 9 years ago we took Charlie to the rescue to meet Sprout. I remember being so anxious that Charlie wouldn't love him. I had nothing to worry about. They were best buds from the moment they met. The rescue had already named Sprout and said I could change it... I said it was perfect because we already had Charlie the Sunshine dog & now we have his little Sprout. 🌱🌞 I have so many more memories to share but this is one of my favorites. Watching them together and listening to Sprout's little paws on the floor. 💛

Thanks Southwest Pennsylvania Retriever Rescue Organization for letting us adopt this sweet pup all those years ago.
