Are you feeling stuck with the content you are posting? πŸ™‹πŸ»β€β™€οΈ I've been there! Luckily, I have a few tips to help you level-up your content game!!

🟣 Develop a content strategy -- Having a solid strategy in place will help guide you on what to post. You will want to make sure your content aligns with your specific niche, overall goals, and your target audience!

🟣 Find a balance -- Make sure to find a balance between the types of content you are posting. You don't want to be posting too much of the same thing, but you need to stay consistent as well.

🟣 Show up consistently -- I can't stress this one enough! Make sure you stay consistent with how many times a week you post, and when.

🟣 Monitor your insights -- By taking a look at your insights, you can get an idea of what kind of content your audience is enjoying. Take a look at how many people are engaging with different types of posts.

If you need help with ANY of these things, Gillotta Social has your back! Make sure to reach out today to get started. πŸ€—

Sending you a cup FULL of good vibes this Thursday!! πŸ’œ

It is important to remember to step away, take breaks, and refuel your energy! You don't want to try and push yourself past your work limits, especially on an empty "cup". Listen to your brain, and your body! 😊

We all could use a little bit of encouragement in the middle of the week, so tag someone below to send good vibes their way! πŸ‘‡πŸ»

"Sooo when are you going to get a real job?" 🚩🚩🚩

To some, social media management may be viewed as an "easy" job that consists of scrolling through memes and reels all day, but this is incredibly far from the case. Being a social media manager takes HARD WORK. πŸ’ͺ🏻

While I absolutely love what I do, there are both pros and cons about being a social media manager. It is not all fun and games like people tend to assume.

CONS ❌
1. Work/life balance can be hard to find -- Especially when it comes to using IG for personal use and professional use

2. Lack of boundaries -- Because I'm on my phone all the time, it can be easy for me to just "do something really quick" for a client, even on the weekends

3. Toll on my mental health -- Being on social media all the time can definitely be tough on my mental health. Although I think it's an awesome tool for marketing, I definitely think everyone needs a break from it every once in a while... and that's hard for me to do

PROS βœ…
1. I can help businesses reach new heights -- Social media is SUCH a powerful marketing tool and I love seeing business owners take their business to the next level through the reach social media gives them

2. Little to no overhead -- Social media is FREE which means to run my business, it's pretty lean. My direct services is pretty much all my clients pay for, with no extra hidden fees that go elsewhere.

3. I can work from anywhere -- My home, the beach, a co-working space... the flexibility that being a social media manager gives me is too good to give up.

What are some pros and cons about your job? I'd love to hear in the comments below!πŸ‘‡πŸ»
