I was invited to Pittsburgh Popcorn Co. to check out their iconic storefront on 21st Street in the Strip District! They make all kinds of unique popcorn mixes like the chocolate peanut butter popcorn made in this video. 😍 Their plain kettle corn is the best I’ve ever had. The coating isn’t too overbearing, and there’s a perfect balance of salty sweetness!

Next time you’re grabbing La Prima and Colangelo’s, don’t forget to pop over to Pittsburgh Popcorn for your snack fix. 😋🍿

Dinner last night at one of my favs, Saigon 88 Express! 🔥

Pho & ramen are back on the menu at Saigon 88 Express (thank goodness!), so we stopped by for dinner last night. Here’s what we got:

🔥 Chicken banh mi
🍜 Chicken ramen
✨ Brisket ramen
🥒 Fresh pork spring rolls
🧋Thai tea

It got a little cloudy & chilly last night, so pho was the perfect dinner. Any time you’re near Robinson and looking for a great meal, this place is right on Route 60!

I’ll take all of the popcorn, cherry coke slushies, and root beer floats plzzzz 😎 some tips and tricks if you’re planning your first visit to this drive in:

🍿 it’s first come first serve, tickets will sell out faster on weekends (especially if the weather is beautiful!)
⏱️ we showed up around 7:50 for our 9:05 show time to give us plenty of time to grab snacks, set up our car, and chill before the movie
🚙 if you have an SUV and plan on popping your trunk, be sure to get there early too (there was limited space for this at screen 4)
🪑 bring chairs and plenty of blankets if you plan to sit outside (and bug spray if mosquitoes love you like they love me)

(All in all, getting there early is the ultimate tip 🤣).

Jourdan and I went back to in The Strip today specifically for this dessert! Bingsu is a popular Korean dessert, and it might just be the most refreshing thing I’ve ever eaten. This time we tried the fruit bingsu, and it’s my new favorite. Here are the details:

❄️ finely shaved frozen milk (it’s super light & refreshing)
🥭 topped with fresh mangoes, strawberries, & grapes
🫘 sweet red beans throughout (it’s really good just try it - or request it without if you’re weird about texture)
🍴 serving size is enough for 2 people to share

This is perfect for a hot day like today! ☀️ It’s one of the most refreshing desserts, and I think about it verrrrry often.

St. Pete is a little foodie town worth exploring!!! 🌴☕️🍕

If you’re ever in the St. Pete area, there are some gems you gotta check out:

🍕 - best cheesesteak I’ve ever had and the pizza was excellent too. I will be coming back next time I’m down there!

🥞 - this is located on the boardwalk at John’s Pass. There’s tons of shopping to do over there and amazing views. Nothing beats a basic breakfast with boardwalk views.

🍵 - I swear I’ll never stop thinking about that banana matcha. UGHHHHH. So good!

🥐 - I’m always on the hunt for the best ham & cheese croissant in any area I’m in, and WOW this one exceeded all of my expectations. 10/10 good.

☀️ - I didn’t grab any food or coffee here, but they had so many fun options at their Saturday morning market. They have a restaurant at the end of the pier with the most gorgeous views of downtown St. Pete! Definitely a must stop.

It would take me days and days to explore this place with how many cool spots there are. I’m a beach girl to my core though, so my foodie exploration can only last so long before I need to go back to the beach for the day!! 😅🏝️🌊

Any SpongeBob fans out there btw? 😉🎶

💡📣Calling all Steelers fans: did you know we have an away game in Tampa Bay this October?! You can turn your game day weekend into tropical vacation at The TradeWinds Resort at St. Pete Beach (just under an hour away from Raymond James Stadium!!!). 📣💡

🍔 PETE’S GULF BISTRO: excellent cocktails, poke nachos (that I’m still thinking about), juicy burgers, fresh salads, and a gorgeous patio view

🔥 S’MORES: by the fire every night at sunset 🌅

These options are all beachside & the perfect spots to watch the sunset while you dine. I mean what else could you possibly wish for? 🏝️🌮
