This hard-wired electrical management system (EMS) provides surge protection plus comprehensive and potentially life-saving protection for the electrical components of this camper from faulty campground wiring or changes in voltage.

**Floor: ** Azdel floors soften over time and use. The floor was inspected and deemed sound and not subject to recalls or service bulletins as of February 2025
**Alde: ** Alde fluid will be changed and mixing valve inspected prior to sale
**Dings and scratches** A handful of minor hail dings on the roof from uCamp 2023 exist on the roof, but they are small, and you have to look for them. The passenger side window has some minor surface scratches. Inside the cabinetry has a few small scratches/chips. The floor has 2 spots with small tears in the flooring.
