We have been holding on to this news for far too long.
Last summer, life threw us a curveball with a fall that left us feeling a little less than ourselves. The recovery has not been easy. Speech, ringing ears, vision issues, migraines… they have been real and they have been tough. Finding my voice again has been one of the hardest parts, especially when others tried to fill the silence for me. But here’s the thing, no one gets to tell my story but me.
FROST Bites is coming back.
We are stepping back into the studio and bringing everything we’ve learned with us. We are starting to film shorts and setting the stage for full episodes that will be bolder and better than ever. We already have incredible guests lined up, and we are ready to open the door to more voices, guests, co hosts, and sponsors who believe in real conversations and authentic stories.
To those who already sat in our studio and shared their story, thank you. Your episodes will be among the first to launch when we return.
And then, almost like perfect timing, a Facebook memory popped up from last year. YASU's Wig Out and our Co-Host Stephanie Samolovitch, and Guest Jenna Bosi with 412FosterProject. It reminded us of all the years we have quietly shown up. Not for credit. Not for applause. But because it was the right thing to do. Showing up behind the scenes with cars full of items for kids who needed them. Supporting people and causes we believed in. Giving, even when no one was looking.
This is more than a comeback. It is a reminder that even when life tries to silence you, you can always rise, rebuild, and speak louder than ever before. And this time, we will be doing it on our own terms.
