Tia's journey is nothing short of inspiring. From patrolling Pittsburgh’s streets as a dedicated police officer to serving EMS responders as a real estate agent with Compass Greater Pittsburgh, Tia exemplifies her slogan, “Serving Those Who Serve Us.”

Her career pivot in 2022 was driven by her passion for helping others. With a deep understanding of the pressures faced by first responders, Tia has made it her mission to simplify and elevate the home-buying experience for these everyday heroes.

Outside of work, Tia founded Steel City Sisters, a support group for women in law enforcement, and enjoys spending time on her 17-acre dream home in Beaver County with her boyfriend, Ryan, and rescue dog, Nika.
