Not an engagement. Not a honeymoon. Not even our anniversary. I can’t tell you the last time my husband and I had some photos taken of us that weren’t just photo pass.

While I love the silliness of typical Disney photos, capture your moment is a really special way to get some wonderful photos.

Our family did a session in MK earlier this year that are super Disney on-brand. We decided to do Epcot this time and the results do not disappoint. You can choose from Japan (ours), America, Germany, Morocco, and Italy. We liked Japan for its neutral background and botanical feel.

The offering is on sale for $20 off until September 1st and I am certain it’s because the heat is a lot during the summer. But this may be the best $79 I ever spent in Disney!

24 hours in the life of a

Alarm went off at 2am (6/13) and I was back in my own bed the following 2am.

BUT…

We had breakfast at the Boardwalk, ate and drank around the world showcase, rode rides, cooled off in the lounge, shopped a bunch, and even got to try out the brand new Geo-82 in Epcot!

11 miles. Sweaty Disney styles. Lots and lots of smiles!

Just because you aren’t a FL resident doesn’t mean you can’t do a challenge! I get it, for me, this is work. Creating content, tasting the latest food offerings and visiting the newest restaurants is super fun, but taking on a single day, WITH travel, is a hustle. Here was my schedule:⏰ woke up at 2am for a 5am flight out of Pittsburgh. Scheduled airport uber so no one had to be inconvenienced and I could enjoy some cocktails during my day. 🥞 9:30 reservation at Cake Bake at the Boardwalk, and worked lakeside for about 90 minutes before my collaborator joined me. 🎢 got to Epcot around 11am. Used lightning lanes to ride frozen, Nemo, Spaceship earth. 🧲 picked up my AP maleficent magnet at creations. 🌎 walked the world showcase, enjoying some shopping, treats and drinks. 🧞‍♂️ visited the AP lounge in Morocco 🇲🇦 for a rest and some much needed AC. 📸 hit several photopass stations 🌟 scored a coveted reservation at the brand new Geo 82 lounge which is worth the hype! 🥟 tried the cookies and cream ravioli 🚶‍♀️ Walked back to Beach club where I caught a Lyft for the airport✈️ flew back to Pittsburgh at 10pm-ish, picked up by my kid and 🛌 back in bed at 2am! people, if this day challenge of flying in and out of Disney has been on your mind, ask me all your questions in the comments! I’ve always said it’s the STANDING in Disney that’s the hard part, not the walking. I’ve done my own “scientific research” and the best overall, I believe, are Hokas. I mix it up, but mostly wear them

Yesterday, after 25 hours and 4 minutes, Senator Cory Booker proved me right.
