Why AlongTheWay?

“AlongTheWay” is inspired by the Emmaus Road story. (Luke 24) The disciples were walking to Emmaus when a “Stranger” joins them along their way, and after talking for a while they end up inviting him to join them for dinner. When the “Stranger” blesses the bread they realize that it was Jesus the whole time and then he disappeared.

They turned to each other and in Luke 24:32 They said to one another, “Weren’t our hearts burning within us, while he spoke to us AlongTheWay, and while He opened the Scriptures to us?”

We believe that everyone has a story to tell and that we can learn from the good as well as the bad.

Our goal is to share “AlongTheWay” moments, like the Road to Emmaus story, with you!
