Control of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court Is on the Ballot in 2025

Republicans have a major opportunity this year to shift the balance of power in our state’s highest courts.

VOTE NO on every judicial retention question on the ballot this fall.

All judges up for retention are Democrats. Their party won’t be listed—but each one has helped maintain a 5–2 Democrat majority on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.

Vote NO to:

Supreme Court Judges:
Donahue – NO
Dougherty – NO
Wecht – NO

Superior Court Judge:
Dubow – NO

Commonwealth Court Judge:
Wojcik – NO

If we vote NO and they are removed, Republicans will have a chance to replace them in 2027—and flip the court to a 5–2 Republican majority. If retained, Democrats will control the court until 2035.

These judges also oversee election laws and redistricting. This is a rare and critical opportunity.

I guess the media, professional writers, coaches, fans and management think tanks with polling data forgot to tell these players that “they can’t do it” , “it is impossible” “they are waiting everyone’s time and are embarrassing , just quit” “who do they think they are?”
Winners is who they showed you they are.
