We present: Monique Hamlett
Monique Hamlett is a strategic human resources and employee relations professional with over a decade of experience in compliance, investigations, and organizational leadership. She currently serves as an Employee Relations Investigator at PNC Financial Services, where she partners with HR Legal and senior leaders to resolve complex workplace matters and support fair, compliant work environments.
Beyond her professional career, Monique is deeply committed to community service and youth development. She actively volunteers with Hope Academy at Hosanna House and supports early childhood education and financial literacy initiatives through PNC Grow Up Great. She is also passionate about literacy and representation, collecting and donating children’s books by Black authors featuring Black illustrations to promote confidence and cultural pride among young readers.
Monique is also an up-and-coming food influencer who highlights Pittsburgh’s culinary scene through authentic reviews. Her content has been reposted by notable restaurants including Alta Via, Coast and Main, Tako Torta, and Khalil’s, allowing her to uplift local businesses and celebrate the city’s diverse food culture.
Through her professional leadership, community engagement, and creative influence, Monique continues to make a meaningful impact across Pittsburgh.
