Great technology requires great implementation.
TDS Media LLC, recently had the opportunity to assist SportsNet Pittsburgh with evaluating and enhancing their vMix production environment. They had the vMix machine, but needed the right workflows, configuration, and training to fully leverage its capabilities.
Working with their production and engineering teams, we focused on optimizing the system, integrating new control surfaces, creating custom vMix show files, improving operational workflows, and providing hands-on training tailored to their production needs.
The result was a stronger, more efficient production environment and a team equipped with the knowledge and tools to confidently use vMix in a professional broadcast setting.
This project was a great reminder that successful technology deployment is about much more than hardware and software. The real value comes from combining the right tools with thoughtful system design, practical workflows, and education.
