Word Count: 15,000-35,000 words. Depending on the stories quality, exceptions may be made within +/- 5,000 words.

Theme: Classic Adventures with grit, determination, action, danger, and characters that run the line between every day people and larger than life legends.

Genre: Men’s Adventure Fiction covers a very wide range of genres. Some of the top are High Adventure, Western, Classic Adventure, Swashbuckling, Noir/Hardboiled, Sword and Sorcery, Sci-Fi, Horror... Check out the Men’s Adventure Fiction Podcast Episode 13 for a more in depth analysis.

Submission deadlines: March 14th hard submission deadline. Nothing will be accepted after 11:59 PM March 14th, 2026

Content: previously submitted work or previously published work will be accepted if legally and contractually allowed.
