Crockpot chicken fajitas -> This is the easiest recipe, and I love using the crockpot because you just dump all the ingredients in, set the timer and get on with your day. The chicken is so tender and the sauce is so flavorful…pair it with tortillas, sour cream and cheddar cheese for the most incredible wraps or put it on a salad and add a spicy ranch dressing. Directions and full recipe below!

3 large chicken breasts
Salt and pepper
Garlic powder and onion powder
Fajita seasoning packet
Large jar of salsa (24 oz)
3 bell peppers sliced
1 onion sliced

Put all ingredients into a crockpot and cook on high for four hours. Shred the chicken with a fork once it’s done and enjoy!

I had my second baby at 40, 6 1/2 years after my first kid, and worried I wouldn’t remember how to do this. But it’s like riding a bike. It all comes back.

I doubted myself and my instincts only to be reminded that I am more than fully capable and filled with love and knowledge for this little one. ❤️

FULL TERM. I can’t believe we’re at the end. This pregnancy was so hard and I was so sick that there were long periods of time I thought I just couldn’t carry this baby. In spite of that, the little man thrived at every checkup and rolled along like he was having the time of his life. I will not miss being pregnant, I will not miss my belly and that’s perfectly okay. Pregnancy (for a lot of women) isn’t the “Instagram perfect” picture you see portrayed. It’s okay to be over the moon about the baby and kinda hate the 9 month process it takes to get him here. 🫶

Delivery due date is only a week and a half away…sweet baby boy is almost here! Last night, we were walking to our car after the Riverhounds game and my 6-year-old said to me, “Mom, you are very slow and wiggly.” 🤣

Perfect for Memorial Day --> Creamy vanilla pudding dessert with Turner Dairy Farms. This heavenly dessert (we did lick the bowl) is cool, refreshing and will be a hit at any barbecue or party this weekend. The key is the creamy vanilla pudding made with the delicious Turner's Dairy Milk! I'm excited to partner with Turner’s for the next few months and bring you easy recipes and some behind-the-scenes action at this iconic Pittsburgh brand. See below for full recipe instructions!

Ingredients:
1 package vanilla Oreos
6 tablespoons melted butter
1 packaged softened cream cheese
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons Turner's Milk
1 tub of Cool Whip
2 small packages of instant vanilla pudding
3 1/4 cups Turner's Milk

Instructions:
1. Crush Oreos inside plastic bag and add melted butter.
2. Press crumbs in bottom of 9x13 baking dish
3. Combine cream cheese, sugar and 2 tbsp milk
4. Add in 1/2 tub of Cool Whip
5. Spread mixture over cookie crumbs and put in fridge
6. Whip together vanilla pudding mix and cold milk
7. Fold in the rest of the Cool Whip then spread the mixture over the cream cheese layer
8. Set in fridge for 30 minutes to 1 hour
9. Serve and enjoy!

BARBECUE CHICKEN BAKE -> This isn’t the prettiest dish you’ll make, but hot damn is it good! You only need 3 ingredients, and it takes 20 minutes to make. Saw this on ’s TikTok and it quickly became a favorite. Full recipe with instructions below.

Put cooking spray on bottom of baking dish
Place chicken breasts in dish and season with salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder
Cover with barbecue sauce
Flip the chicken over and repeat
Top with chopped red onions
Sprinkle on cheddar cheese
Bake at 400 for 20 minutes (if your chicken is large or thick, you might need a few extra minutes of cooking time.)
