Standup debut was on 'Gotham Comedy Live, hosted by Jim Breuer,' included in their 'Best of Season 2', NUVO's 'Standup and Deliver,'multiple appearances as a guest on the hit live podcast Doug Loves Movies, Bob & Tom, Star Pittsburgh, WDVE - along with impressive live performances at the Big Sky Comedy Fest, Gilda's Laugh Fest, twice at the Limestone Comedy Festival, SLO Fest, among others. Also named "Best Comedian" by Pittsburgh Media 5 times in a decade long career. As an actor, Aaron has guest starred on CBS, Nickelodeon, SyFy and with roles in Lionsgate’s ‘Warrior,’ and the Oscar nominated ‘Judas and The Black Messiah,’ appearing in over dozens of commercials. Aaron was known early in his career for producing, writing and acting in both, the groundbreaking independent film, and subsequent Web series, Captain Blasto as well as the beloved Star Wars mockumentary, 'A Great Disturbance,' with longtime friend and collaborator Chris Preksta (Mercury Men, Echo Torch, Pittsburgh Dad), both of which claimed dozens of awards and fans at film festivals and fan fests nationwide. Started as a knuckle-balling pitcher to a switch-hitting, centerfielder, who may have been the fastest baserunner in the game.
’Cool Papa’ used his speed and every other ball playing trick in the book to wow crowds and rack up wins, “We played a different kind of baseball than the white teams. We played tricky baseball. We did things they didn’t expect. We’d bunt and run in the first inning. Then when they would come in for a bunt we’d hit away. We always crossed them up. We’d run the bases hard and make the fielders throw too quick and make wild throws. We’d fake a steal home and rattle the pitcher into a balk.”

“This graphic baseball card series re-imagines Negro League legends on the classic Topps designs of the 60s, 70s, and 80s; born from my love of collecting vintage cards and a sixth-grade Black History Month report on the Homestead Grays from my hometown of Steel Valley Homestead, PA. As a kid searching flea markets, I always hoped to find Josh Gibson, Cool Papa Bell or Satchel Paige on those iconic cards, but they were never there. This project is my way of honoring their legacy and imagining the cards that should have existed.”
