I stopped by Just Roll’d Up this weekend located in East Liberty and had the freshest sushi. We got to try the sushi burritos, sushi rolls, and their new mandarin 🍊infused hamachi.

The mandarin-infused hamachi was a total standout. The fish is buttery and melt-in-your-mouth fresh, and the subtle burst of mandarin adds the perfect bright, citrusy pop without overpowering it. It’s light, clean, yet buttery. From the moment you walk in, you can tell this isn’t your typical sleepy sushi spot with elevator music and polite nods. Just Rolld Up has personality.

The vibe is casual, but cool the kind of place where you can grab a couple of your friends (or date) order something wild, and feel like you made a great life decision. Oh, and even better they’re BYOB 🍻make sure to stop by and try their sushi 🍣

Here’s everything I ordered from 🍷🍝I The food and atmosphere were incredible. Hidden beneath the streets of Shadyside 🌿🍝 Girasole feels like a candle lit Italian escape, brick walls, warm lights, and handmade pasta that tastes like it came straight from Nonna’s kitchen. I highly recommend this place for all of your Italian food cravings 💞

Z Coffee & Bánh Mì ☕️🥖is a hidden gem located just 30 minutes away from the city. It is undoubtedly one of the best Vietnamese sandwich shops in Pittsburgh as well as one of the best Vietnamese ice coffees! The prices are so reasonable and the Bánh Mì’s are loaded up with a TON of cold cuts, pickled veggies, pâté, & a smear of butter and cheese. This place will blow you away 🤤😋🤤🤤Also want to mention the best passion fruit smoothie!! 🤗 Go check them out today!!!

• The Supreme Bánh Mì 🥖 (highly recommend) + add jalepenos to make it spicy
•The Viet Savory Sticky Rice - had lots of Chinese sausage in it. So YUM
•Corn Sticky Rice 🌽🍚 Savory, but a little sweet. Soft & crunchy texture. Super fun
•Vietnamese Ice Latte with phìn☕️ had a little bit of condensed milk and such rich & bold flavors (also HIGHLY recommend)
•Passionfruit Smoothie 🍹- The go to for non coffee drinkers! Super light, slightly sweet, and refreshing 😋

I stopped by Anthos Greek Café & Bakery🇬🇷 ☕️ located in Castle Shannon for brunch with some friends, and it was such a treat! All of the food was super delicious & fresh. 😋The vibe was warm and inviting. The staff were very friendly and welcoming! I even got to meet the owner briefly and she was amazing! I will definitely be back to try more Greek food & coffee! 😊💕
