Today’s challenge is all about building core strength and stability!
👉 Get into a push-up position, but rest on your forearms.
👉 Keep your body in a straight line from head to heels.
👉 Engage your core and glutes—don’t let those hips sag!

🔥 Goal: Hold for 30–60 seconds. Repeat 3 times.

Ready to get your heart pumping and core burning? 💪 Mountain climbers are the perfect total-body move that combines cardio, strength, and stability all in one!

✅ Benefits:
• Torches calories fast ⚡
• Strengthens your core & shoulders
• Builds endurance & stamina
• No equipment needed – just your bodyweight!

👉 How to do it:
1️⃣ Start in a high plank position.
2️⃣ Drive one knee toward your chest.
3️⃣ Quickly switch legs like you’re “running” in place.
4️⃣ Keep your core tight and back flat!

⏱️ Try 3 rounds of 30 seconds with 15 seconds rest. Increase time as you get stronger!
