Michael Rapattoni opened Rapattoni’s Barbershop in Downtown Plano in August 2020 with a vision to create a barbershop that feels like a hangout. “It’s a bunch of dudes hanging on a street corner,” he says. “We just so happen to be cutting hair.”

"The Kid". Through his hard work, determination and incredible artistic skills, he has completed his first year and received his "1 year" team jacket.
So proud of this guy. He's grown so much as a barber and a man. Our whole staff has now been with us at least a year

Let’s all congratulate Karin. She has worked at Rapattoni’s since the day we opened. She worked hard to chase her dream to be a marine biologist. She has been an amazing asset to the barbershop a great friend and an amazing teammate. She will graduate from A&M in December. Congratulations Karin on your ring and I can’t wait to see you graduate. No matter where you are or what you’re doing, you will always be important to me and our barbershop💈

A friend told me that nothing changes a man more than losing his mother. It seems that it happened in an instant. My world became a very different place the second she was gone. It became empty and lonely. She taught me so much, believed in me when no other sane person could have. Sometimes she was the only one who could pick me up and get me back on my feet. She always told me I was different (in a good way) and other people could only dare to be different. I’m sure gonna miss her. She was so much more than I ever thought or even gave her credit for. I love her very very much. She was one of the greats.
