After you book your vacation with me, I will make all reservations for you (dining, tours, excursions etc.) Process all payments for you on the dates you request including the final due date payment of the vacation package. Answer any questions you have about your destination, saving your HOURS of google research. I stay on top of the changes and keep you up to date about your destination. I am your one and only contact for your vacation booking. This allows you to avoid hours on the phone holding and speaking with multiple representatives to make changes to your vacation package or to fix any issues such as cancelled/delayed flights, hotel request or any other important aspects of your vacation before and during your trip. I provide you with tips to get you ready for your vacation destination through emails and a final itinerary. I will communicate with you and value your time as we plan your dream vacation. I do ask that if you feel I am a right fit for your vacation planning that you also value my time and communicate to emails in a timely manner. This Bayou Hot Dog - Andouille Sausage with Peppers, Onions, and Rémoulade Sauce served with French Fries. I upgraded my fries to the Black Garlic, Truffle, and Parmesan Fries from Sassagoula Floatworks and Food Factory at Disney's Port Orleans French Quarter was amazing. They did offer a gluten-free bun, but I opted to get it with no bread. It was a little spicy but delicious! 😋

Not feeling like a big meal? Mobile order a kids meal. They offer gluten-free options for kiddos as well, and the portion sizes are smaller than the adult size. Though not by much because the meal pictured is a kids' meal and was quite filling.

Hi, my name is Carrie Ponce. I am a wife and stepmom to one a daughter who is now 19. I have been married for 14 years, my husband initially thought I was crazy due to my extreme love for all things Disney. But he quickly grew to love Disney just as much if not more than I do. I work as a full-time customer representative for a small family owned metal shop, but my true passion is being a Disney travel agent. My love for Disney started when my parents took me to Walt Disney World for the first time at 6 months old. When I am not at Disney I am thinking about Disney or planning another trip! I truly enjoy helping others and love the excitement of being a part of helping others plan a magical Disney vacation!
