Pesto Chicken Protein Nachos
Add a burst of flavor with pesto chicken, creating a savory and high-protein nacho delight.
Ingredients:
1 cup tortilla chips
1/2 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
2 tbsp pesto
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
Cherry tomatoes and basil for garnish
Instructions:
Toss chicken in pesto sauce.
Arrange chips on a tray, top with pesto chicken and cheese.
Bake at 375°F for 10 minutes.
Garnish with tomatoes and fresh basil.
