ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. — Vibe609 Media is investigating concerns raised by residents at Altman Terrace in Atlantic City regarding living conditions at the public housing complex.

In interviews with Jamez King El, two residents described ongoing issues they say have affected quality of life at the property. Altman Terrace was previously operated by the local Housing Authority and has more recently come under oversight from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

Residents interviewed acknowledged improvements since HUD assumed control, saying some conditions have gotten better. However, they also expressed a desire for continued progress and additional changes to address remaining concerns.

Vibe609 Media will continue following the situation and speaking with residents about conditions, maintenance, safety, and expectations for future improvements at the complex.
