A little gem in Point Pleasant Beach. We have been coming here for awhile and can honestly say the food is consistent, the place is clean and the staff is warm and welcoming. It’s a BYOB and seating is at a premium so come early then walk our town.

We haven’t posted in awhile and hope to correct that soon but tonight, was amazing. We visited a New Mexican restaurant in Point Pleasant Beach called “El Pollito Loco”.

Wow, wow, wow is all we can say. Haven eaten Mexican food under a bridge in San Diego and at a Gas station in Houston? Both, btw, amazing!! This place is right up there for authentic cuisine. , I had the El Pastor, enchilada with red sauce and my dinner companion had the El Pastor burrito. Both were absolutely delicious served with well seasoned beans and rice. There was both a green and orange sauce served with chips prior too our main course that was absolutely salty and hot and exceptional at the same time. The green sauce will make your eyes water and was my go to!! Check out there IG and website for hours. Hers a couple of pics.

I was scanning Facebook this morning and couldn’t help myself when I saw this post. Here’s another creative way to get into the holiday spirit. “Doggie styles by Jenny” is offering photos with Santa for your pups. Give them a call as they are setting appointments 15 minutes apart due to COVID.
