So I’ve been off work for a few weeks now and I’ve been pondering about the idea of just quitting my job even without a back up plan because these last few weeks has calmed down my nervous system, A LOT. I havent had chest pains in a while and now that my time off is up, I am dreading mondays and hearing negative comments again. I have worked hard on regulating my anxiety and to be exposed to my stressor again, I feel like I’m going to waste all the healing that I did. of course the problem is the income… Am I going to survive without a job for a few months? Can I get a new job? Am I even enough? Am I being ungrateful right now knowing that the job market is brutal nowadays? Hmmmm what are your thoughts?
