Day 2: Self Commitment

To honor 3 years of celibacy I decided to do a self commitment ceremony. In past relationships I loved deeply and recklessly-often putting the needs of my partner before my own.

Today I looked in the mirror and made a vow to never abandon myself again. I’m grateful for this healing journey. 💖✨

Day 1: Sweaty and Ready

My 45th birthday is 79 days away and I want year 45 to be my best yet.
So I created a plan for myself that includes workouts, spiritual practices, personal growth and accountability.

For Day One I walked 2 miles, did squats, curls, push ups, used my Pilates reformer set, and some twisty thing idk what it’s called lol.
